Consumer rights
New Zealand consumer law may provide remedies for faulty goods or services. This policy does not limit those rights.
Eligibility
Return requests are reviewed when the product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within the window stated at purchase confirmation.
Process
Email us with your order reference and reason for the request. We respond with instructions and a return authorisation where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing may take several business days after we receive the goods.
Exclusions
Opened consumables may be excluded from refund for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty under applicable law.

Shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise, return shipping costs may be your responsibility.
